Market analytics · what to publish and where

What your market is searching for, and where your company doesn't show up.

We analyze what your market searches for on Google, on YouTube and in AI assistants, what your competitors do and what you have already published. Then we tell you what to publish and on which channel: your website, your social media, video or your YouTube channel. And every result is measured with your own data, month by month.

The problem

You have the data. You don't have the answer.

Search Console

It tells you what happened

Clicks, impressions and positions. But it doesn't tell you which opportunity to go after first or who is winning it from you.

Analytics

It tells you who arrived

Sessions, pages and conversions. But it doesn't tell you what is missing in your market or why it doesn't convert.

AI assistants

Search is changing too

Your customers can already ask ChatGPT, Gemini and other assistants which companies to consider. The question is: does your company come up?

One analysis, all your channels

We tell you what to publish and where.

Your market doesn't search in just one place. Market Intelligence analyzes demand, competitors and your own data, and turns it into a concrete recommendation per channel: what to publish, for which search, with which message and in what order.

Channel · Google

Your website and landing pages

Which searches to target, which pages you're missing and which ones compete with each other. Measured with Search Console and Analytics: impressions, clicks, leads.

Channel · YouTube

Video and your YouTube channel

Which topics have demand and little competition on video, what length and structure work, and what words people use when they search. If you want to become your industry's YouTuber, this is where it starts.

Channel · Social media

The networks where your market is

LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X or whichever your customers use. Which messages are saturated in your industry and which no one uses; what to post so social media brings visits to your site, measured by channel and campaign.

Channel · AI assistants

ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity

Whether they mention you when someone asks about what you sell, who they mention instead, and what content you need for them to cite you.

WITS can carry it out, if you want

The recommendation is yours to carry out with your team. If you prefer, WITS executes it: landing pages and websites, articles and content, video production and technical SEO. These are separate services, measured with this same dashboard.

Two disciplines, one goal

What SEO is and what GEO is.

SEO · Search Engine Optimization

Getting found on Google

SEO is the work of making your site appear in Google's results when someone searches for what you sell, and of getting chosen. It has three parts: technical (Google can read and index your site), content (you answer what people search for, with the right intent) and authority (other sites cite you). It is measured with Google Search Console: impressions, clicks and position per search.

GEO · Generative Engine Optimization

Getting recommended by AI assistants

GEO is the same, but for ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Copilot: when someone asks "which company do you recommend for X?", the assistant answers with names. GEO is making one of them yours. It depends on your information being clear, verifiable and citable (data with sources, questions with direct answers, pages AI bots can read) and on what other sites say about you. It is measured by asking the assistants and recording who they mention.

Today most sites do some SEO and no GEO. We measure both and work on them together: content that answers well on Google is the same content an assistant can cite.

One dashboard. Seven readings of your market.

Everything in one place, for all your channels. The dashboard is the same whether you publish on your website, on YouTube or on social media: the data source changes, not the logic.

Searches with demand, little competition and a fit with what you sell. With their evidence and status.

02

Keywords

What your market types into Google, by intent: learn, compare, buy.

03

Competitors

Who shows up in the results that matter to you, what they offer and how they say it.

04

Messaging

Which promises are saturated in your industry and which no one is using.

05

GEO

Whether ChatGPT, Gemini and other assistants mention your company, and who they mention instead.

06

Content and calendar

Which pages are missing, in what order to create them and how to keep them from competing with each other.

07

Analytics

Search Console and Analytics in one place, with the journey of every lead.

Measured results

We don't give you another report. We give you evidence to decide.

Every opportunity is traced back to its source, and the system distinguishes what is observed, what is analyzed and what is recommended. When evidence is missing, it says so. And the results we show come from Google Search Console, month by month, dated: never from an estimate.

Showing up on Google is not the same as being chosen: that's why we measure impressions and clicks separately.

Tools we use

First-hand data, not estimates.

Every number in the dashboard comes from a specific source and is stored with it. These are the tools, all real and verifiable.

Your data

Google Search Console

Real impressions, clicks, positions and queries for your site on Google; indexing page by page.

Your data

Google Analytics 4

Sessions, channels, pages and conversions: what people do when they arrive.

Market

Google Trends

What people search for in your country and what is rising: topics, seasonality and related searches.

Market

Live Google results

We capture the real results of each search (via Serper and SerpApi) to see who shows up and in which position.

Competitors

Competitor site crawling

Our crawler reads your competitors' public pages: services, messages, calls to action, changes from week to week.

GEO

ChatGPT and Gemini (via API)

We ask the questions your customer would ask and record which companies the assistants name, and whether you appear.

Analysis

Claude Code (Anthropic)

We build and run the system with Claude Code: it classifies the intent of each search, summarizes each competitor, detects saturated messages and runs SEO and GEO checks before publishing. Always on stored evidence, never from memory.

Dashboard

Our own database

Everything lives in PostgreSQL, isolated per company. The dashboard only shows what is stored with a date and a source.

Data and security

Your data doesn't move. We go to it.

  • Read-onlyWe request read permissions for Search Console and Analytics. We cannot modify your site, your properties or your settings.
  • Two ways to connectYou add a WITS email as a read-only user on your properties, or you authorize with one click from your Google account.
  • Revocable at any timeYou remove access from Google and we stop seeing your data. If you end the service, we delete what we stored about your company.
  • Separation by companyEach client is isolated in the database; no one sees another client's data.
  • Limited useYour data is used only for your analysis. It is not sold, not used for advertising and not used to train models.
  • TransparencyPublished Privacy Policy and Terms.

Access model

You don't need to create an account.

WITS implements the service and grants access to the authorized people at your company. For companies in Mexico or selling into the United States that already have a website and a few months of Search Console data. It is not self-service.

FAQ

What people ask us before getting started.

Which channels does it cover?

Your website, your YouTube channel, your social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X) and AI assistants. The analysis tells you what to publish on each one and measures what it brings to your site.

Do I have to install anything on my site?

No. We work with the data Google already collects about your site in Search Console and Analytics.

Can you modify my Search Console or Analytics?

No. The permissions we request are read-only.

How do I connect?

You add a WITS email as a read-only user on your properties (it takes about five minutes), or you authorize with your Google account. We guide you during the kickoff call.

Can I remove access?

Yes, whenever you want, from your Google account. You don't depend on us to do it.

What happens to my data if I leave the service?

We delete it. You can request an export first.

Is it a self-service tool?

No. WITS sets it up, analyzes and delivers; you sign in to the dashboard to see the evidence and the follow-up. That's why there is no open sign-up.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the size of your site and your market. We tell you on the first call.

Does it work if my market is in the United States?

Yes. The analysis is done by country and language.

Which data sources does it analyze?

Five sources. Your company's Google Search Console and Google Analytics; Google Trends and Google search results for your market; your competitors' public websites; and the answers of AI assistants such as ChatGPT and Gemini.

Request an analysis

Where does your company stand against its market?

Tell us what you sell and what your website is. We review the available public information before the call and come with something concrete to show you.
