Terms of Use

1. The service
WITS Market Intelligence is a market analysis service implemented and operated by WITS. It includes access to a private dashboard where the client company reviews the evidence, opportunities and follow-up produced for it. Scope, term and price are set in the proposal accepted by each company.
2. Access
There is no public sign-up. WITS creates accounts for the people the client company authorizes. Each account is personal and non-transferable; sharing credentials is prohibited. The company is responsible for the use made by its authorized people and must notify WITS when someone is no longer authorized.
3. Client company data
Search Console, Analytics and any other data the company connects are and will remain the company's property. WITS uses them only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. The company can revoke access at any time and request the export or deletion of its data.
4. What the service does not guarantee
The analysis is based on observed evidence and recommendations. WITS does not guarantee Google rankings, traffic volumes, customers, sales or mentions in artificial intelligence assistants. Results depend on factors outside WITS's control, including third-party algorithms.
5. Availability
WITS strives to keep the dashboard continuously available, but there may be interruptions for maintenance or external causes. No formal service level agreement (SLA) is offered in this version.
6. Acceptable use
It is prohibited to attempt to access other companies' data, interfere with the service, reverse-engineer the dashboard or use the information for unlawful purposes. WITS may suspend accounts in case of misuse, with prior notice when possible.
7. Intellectual property
The software, methodology and materials of the service are owned by WITS. The reports and analyses delivered to the client company may be used freely by it for its internal and commercial purposes.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the service as agreed in the proposal. Upon termination, WITS deactivates the accounts and deletes the company's data as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts of Guadalajara, Jalisco.
